SuperVision is a joint venture with KPN and a leading SaaS platform helping MSPs manage, secure and optimise Microsoft 365 environments across the Netherlands. As the platform grew, so did the need for more engineers.
Following an introductory visit to Lisbon, SuperVision launched a pilot with Jobbex.IT. The first developers integrated directly into the product organisation and immediately participated in sprints. What began as a small pilot evolved into four dedicated development teams of twelve software engineers.
Every two months, product owners and architects travel to Lisbon to work directly with the teams on roadmap planning and knowledge sharing. The developers have gained deep knowledge of both the platform and the business, a level of ownership that few external teams ever reach.
The biggest impact was not cost reduction. The real value came from the ability to scale the engineering team significantly faster than would have been possible through traditional team growth. What would have taken months could now be achieved in weeks.SuperVision × KPN
