Cohesive, a Bentley Systems company, needed to build and scale a cloud-based workforce planning and asset management platform supporting maintenance operations across a global fleet of more than 33,000 wind turbines.

Jobbex.IT built a dedicated engineering team that evolved from a core group of developers into a larger multidisciplinary team of eight software professionals, providing the flexibility and continuity required to support a rapidly growing development roadmap.

The team contributed to front-end and back-end development, cloud-native applications, enterprise asset management, AI-enabled forecasting and agile product delivery.
